1. General Information

Welcome to SleeveArmor.

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sleevearmor.com and purchases made through the website.

SleeveArmor is operated by Moran Biliya, trading as SleeveArmor, with a business mailing address at 6 HaSahlav Street, Nesher, Israel. In these Terms, “SleeveArmor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moran Biliya in that capacity.

Please review these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms made available to you before purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights regarding an existing purchase.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products.

2. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully authorized or collected. Acceptance may be communicated through a separate confirmation or shipment confirmation.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. Any installment or financing arrangement is subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms.

If an item is unavailable, or an obvious and material error affects its price or description, we may cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law. We will notify you promptly and refund any amount collected for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and related shipping charges, without a cancellation fee.

We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

3. Eligibility & Accurate Information

To place an order independently, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into the transaction under applicable law.

If you have not reached the legal age required to make the purchase, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. If you discover an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

4. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

This provision does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under United States federal law or the laws of your state of residence.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a legal right or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

5. Products, Images & Intellectual Property

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images.

Some images may be digitally enhanced or generated illustrations. They do not replace the written product specifications, and their use does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and the product advertised.

Trading cards, graded slabs, and decorative accessories shown in product images are not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Compatibility is limited to the sizes and formats identified in the product listing. Please review the stated dimensions and contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your particular card holder or slab.

Website content, photographs, graphics, designs, and branding are owned by SleeveArmor or used with appropriate permission, except where otherwise identified. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to grading companies or card brands describe compatibility or product context and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction, commercial distribution, or adaptation of protected website material requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website to:

• Carry out unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before you submit your order. Any import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees payable separately must be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

Promotions and coupons are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including eligibility, expiration dates, and purchase requirements. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated and have no cash value.

Sale prices and comparison prices must accurately reflect the offer. “While supplies last” promotions apply only to the inventory allocated to that promotion.

We may change future prices or end promotions, but this will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order.

Participation in a promotion does not remove applicable return, refund, or consumer rights.

9. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We do not knowingly publish fabricated reviews, purchase reviews conditioned on a positive opinion, or suppress reviews in a way that creates a misleading impression.

If a review was collected through another marketplace, we will identify that source where necessary to avoid implying that the reviewer purchased from SleeveArmor. If a reviewer’s name is replaced for privacy, that change will be disclosed. Edits or translations must not materially change the reviewer’s meaning.

We may remove unlawful content, spam, personal information, or content unrelated to the product. We will not prohibit or penalize honest criticism merely because it is negative.

When you submit a review, image, or other content directly to us, you retain ownership and grant SleeveArmor a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content on our website and in marketing, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions required. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

We do not control independent third-party websites and do not guarantee their content or availability.

Using a third-party payment processor, supplier, or fulfillment partner does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

11. Product Quality & Warranties

Any separate written product warranty offered with a product will be identified and made available before purchase, where required by law.

These Terms do not establish a fixed warranty period. This does not exclude applicable implied warranties, express promises made in a product listing, or other mandatory legal protections.

Our standard return window does not necessarily limit the time available to report a defect or pursue a legal remedy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact sleevearmor@gmail.com. We will handle the matter under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or ordinary wear is not automatically a manufacturing defect. This distinction does not limit your legal rights.

12. Website Availability & Limits of Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional errors, interruptions, or maintenance may occur.

Information about general card storage or collecting is provided for general informational purposes. It does not guarantee a card’s future condition, grade, or market value.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from interruptions in access to the website.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, legally actionable misrepresentations, or mandatory product and consumer protection obligations.

We do not use this section to exclude applicable product warranties or your rights concerning products that are defective or not as described.

13. Shipping, Returns & Related Policies

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, available through the website’s policy links and made available before purchase, form part of the terms of your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped from outside the United States. Applicable shipping origin, charges, and fulfillment information will be disclosed as required before purchase.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice and the applicable option to accept a delay or cancel for a full refund. Refunds will be issued within the applicable legal deadline.
